First to successfully paddle the coast of South Korea. 1100 kilometres in 23 days. February and March 2011.

Challenges
Environmental: Temperatures from -10°C to 10°C. Tide difference up to 9 meters.
Bureaucratic: the expedition took place just months after the 2010s incidents between South and North Korea. In order to get clearance Simon and Marin had to agree to a military escort.
